Thank you for shopping at ZENIN. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at ZENIN. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at ZENIN, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

Return & Refund Policy - Products are Non-Refundable.

Product is Damaged- during transit
Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

For size exchange extra 100 Rupees courier charges will be applied.

PRODUCT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED/CANCELLED IF:

If the query is not raised within 48 hours of its delivery.
If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packaging are missing.
And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
